wow being straight edged has been really weird! i haven’t really thought about beer over the last few weeks! its good waking up in the mornings and feeling all fresh!

one beer over the last month is quite an achievement for me! i feel better and have lost quite a bit of weight! i only gave it up because i wasn’t in the right frame of mind to drink…but it’s been a good experience, it’s also good to know i could quit if i wanted to! only a few days of detox left!…oh my, i’m such a woman!

yeah thats right, the world famous “alex show with adam” is back on RAW, in our new slot which is at the slightly earlier time of 11-12, every other sunday!

baggy and i are too thick to work out whether we are on this week or whether it is the week after but we will let you know when we know!

last night, baggy, frostie and i all took part in the open arms quiz and managed to take first prize! it’s quite weird because none of us were drinking last night for different reasons and look what we can do as a result, hehe!

To tempt my “give up drinking for january goal”, our prize was a beer voucher, which is a little annoying but hey!

also i managed to sort my head out a bit last night by getting some stuff off my chest and as a result, i feel really good this morning!
